8/1/07 - BETC Gets a Boost
When House Bill 3201 proposed a substantial increase in the Business Energy Tax Credit (BETC), Karnopp Petersen partnered with its client, the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon, to participate in the legislative process to ensure the benefits had a positive impact for biomass and other renewable projects.

Sunriver has been attracting residents and visitors for almost 40 years. In early 2007, the county service district was confronted with an issue regarding the ability to enforce traffic laws on Sunriver’s roadways.
