Heather J. Hepburn and Erin K. MacDonald recently received recognition by Cascade Business News as two of Central Oregon’s 2008 “Accomplished Under 40.”

Hepburn and Erin K. MacDonald recently received recognition by
Cascade Business News as two of Central Oregon’s 2008
“Accomplished Under 40.” Nominees were chosen based
on their professional accomplishments; civic, industry and
community involvement; and their business leadership
philosophy.
Heather rejoined Karnopp Petersen in 2007 and focuses her practice on business and real estate law. Prior to returning to Karnopp Petersen, Heather served as general counsel for a real estate and tax deferred exchange company with over ten offices. From 2003 to 2006, Heather practiced at Karnopp Petersen in the areas of civil litigation and business law. Heather is a member of Network of Entrepreneurial Women and has served as a court-appointed-special-advocate (CASA).
Erin regularly counsels clients in the areas of estate
planning, probate and trust administration, tax planning,
charitable giving, and assists clients in the formation and
tax-exempt qualification of non-profit entities. Erin is a
board member of the St. Charles Foundation and chairs the
Foundation’s planned giving committee. Erin served as the
President of the 2008 Leadership Bend class, and donates her
time to the Oregon Legal Aid’s Senior Law project
advising elderly community members in estate planning
matters.
Cascade Business News recognizes young professionals who work
in Deschutes, Crook or Jefferson counties. Those selected to
receive recognition come from corporate, professional, social
service and education affiliations. To be considered for the
award, a nominee must have lived in Central Oregon for at least
one year.
