Karnopp Petersen, home to two ACTEC Fellows
Jim Petersen and Tom Sayeg return from annual ACTEC conference in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”) is an association of approximately 2,700 attorneys from throughout the United States, nominated by their peers, and elected by the membership at large, based on their professional reputation and experience in the fields of trusts and estates. There are a total of 35 ACTEC Fellows practicing in the state of Oregon. Karnopp Petersen, LLP is proud to have on its team the only two ACTEC Fellows practicing in Central Oregon: Jim Petersen and Tom Sayeg.
This year, ACTEC’s week-long, annual meeting was held in Scottsdale, Arizona. Speakers at the event came from around the country to attend workshops and seminars related to new concepts and practical planning ideas in the areas of estate planning, charitable giving and philanthropy. Jim and Tom's membership provides our entire Estate Planning Department the opportunity to benefit from new ideas and lessons learned during this premier event.
